About Natalie

Natalie is a compassionate, fiery, progressive individual who prides herself in teaching in a holistic & trauma informed way. She gets to know her students and their learning styles in order to have a unique & personalized lesson plan as “one size does not fit all”.

She aims to root for the underdog (oftentimes it is only a person with great potential that needs confidence)  and believes there IS actually a place for everyone, and that the best way to see an artist grow and thrive is by creating an environment of love and compassion.

Because she was immersed in classical music at a young age and has studied all different kinds of music, she comes to her students with a diverse background and a plethora of knowledge. She has collected many different philosophies and methods of teaching throughout her journey studying with a variety of fantastic teachers, musicians and mentors. Her methods are unique, effective & engaging.

Core Teachings

Tough love.

Natalie will push the student to reach their fullest potential by teaching perseverance and resilience. We try to go beyond the “no” and ask “why? And how can we make it there? What are our blocks? How can we properly support you as an singer & person”

Classical fundamentals.

Using classical fundamentals, we will craft a versatile instrument. While not stressing classical voice, we learn techniques for self-aware, controlled singing, essential for various genres. Many modern singers struggle without this foundation. The goal is self-awareness of one's vocal instrument—akin to ballet for the voice.

This is a place for all.

Size-inclusive, LGBTQIA+, Queer, POC, neurodiverse. I welcome and encourage all people to express themselves through music. No one “kind of person” has a monopoly on music. We all deserve to express and enjoy our voices.
